In 2005 some friends and I decided to do something different for Christmas. We came up with this creative and wacky instrumental CD of Christmas tunes. I had the pleasure of backing all 3 artists for a Spring tour in April and May of 05. I made a bunch of new friends and played some exceptional music. Feel Like An Alien Rob plys keys in the Harvest Praise Band and has always had a dream of leading a "Jam" band. He has done that but at the same time keeping good song writing in the forefront. Made New Carrie sings in the Harvest Praise Band. On this project she took lyrics from old hymns and completely rewrote the music. A very creative and fun session for me. All the tracking were done live with no editing so all the the percussion and drumming on this was done in one take. NO OVERDUBS! Very organic. Carrie's strong vocals and song writing and heart for Christ make this CD very enjoyable. See www.robstermusic.com for more info. |

Inside Out Tim Nienhuis was in Mothers Favorite Son's with me (see listening page). He's as good a writer as he is a guitarist. His band 9 Ball was voted one of the top 10 OC bands in 2004. This CD is full of catchy pop tunes. Here are a couple I played on. |
